When should I bet the river for value with TPTK after being called down/

Would you reccommend a value bet here (op has ~$6 at river and pot is $33)

Note: Ops first hand at table, he has posted Blind Bet out of the blinds *

Bo G is an unknown quantity at this point
 I dont know if this is a value bet opportunity. He might be checking to you because you been betting the whole time and he has 2 pair or a set. I would check this and if you take it there great if not you will not lose more. Only better hands will call your river bet here.
