This guy was a fish, and he was aware of a few bluffs I'd made against him earlier. I was hoping he'd make a frustrated call on the river. Should I have raised less?

I probably just would have doubled him. I find that raising anymore than that on the river and people hardly ever call me. Its hard for anything but a 10 to call that raise.

Unless he is super duper uber fishie the only thing that calls you there is a T or JT....so its either split or your beat.

I think you gotta try to milk a little more from the cow IMO....I dont think a fish is smelling bluff, they are only playing their cards.
