I feel like I have the best hand here, and I don't think he would be betting out with a set or an AKflush draw...
Does reraising seem like a better way to get his money in? or just flat calling?
he was a 20/11/73

this is called 'trips' or 'three of a kind,' not a 'set.' A set is when you hold a pocket pair hand hit a third card of your pair.
As far as the hand goes: both of your ranges are still very wide due to this being a BvB situation. Since both ranges are still wide - I'm flatting to disguise the strength of my hand. Feel really happy about many river cards and just about every action villain takes on the river.

I flat because when we raise we generally overrep our hand and it looks like a set (which is a full house on this board)
and bet river if checked to
