I've seen about 10% of the flops (Including blind checks!!!)
And everytime I have a good preflop hand the flop gives me the finger!!!
I've got dealt shitty hands all week... I'm starting too loose it.
When I hit trips on the flops my opponant hits the full house!!!!
Feels like I wanna drink terpentine and piss on a bushfire...

Did I play this bad? YES OF COURSE I DID BECAUSE I'M A WORTHLESS POKERPLAYER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I should have folded on the turn... But I tried to push him out, my dumb ass...
Then.. $1,3 to se the river... Feels like a call...

Horrible flop for your hand. The diamond flush draw is almost as bad as the A. Play was fine on the flop. Test the waters a bit. Once you got resistance just let it go on the turn. I have had same luck in the ring lately. Every time I get the JJ QQ and KK there are overs and I get a lot of resistance to my bets. The most depressing ones are where the SB calls your 4-5xsBB raise with the A3 and flops his A against your kings and won't let it go to your aggression.

Turn was tough. River was easy call into that pot even with the last diamond. Sometimes you'll get lucky and the monkey wiil show you 99 or 1010.
Send lawyers, guns and money - the sh*t has hit the fan!

Way too aggressive after the flop. I think it was well-played until the turn. He bets out, you raise, he calls, then bets again on the turn? There's no question in my mind that he has an ace and you're just chucking money down a hole, unless you think you can bet him out of the pot - and I don't like to rely on that when my opponent has already called a raise once.

I know when you get that pocket pair, jacks or better, you feel like you ought to win. But sometimes you're not going to. You have to let that go sometimes, even if there's just the one overcard, once you figure out that your opponent has you beat.

I feel your pain on the bad cards though. Just this morning I was played 98 from the small blind... flopped trip 9s and ended up in a three way catfight with the big blind and one other player... turns out the big blind had the other 9, with a 4 kicker (!), and rivered me by catching a 4. And for the last few days, my starting hands have felt unbelievably cold. But you play through it, it turns around eventually. I was treading water Mon - Wed morning; suddenly yesterday afternoon through today, I'm up $120. Just hang in there, be disciplined, and let go of some of these hands that you're pushing too hard with.

Bet the flop to see where you stand if you get called you got to be pretty sure that your Jacks are no good. 2 outers suck bud. Check/fold the turn and river

Rasie more on the flop.

Your aggression is g00t. You just need to guide and justify it better.

You mean the revolver, sir?
Precisely.

First, take a deep breath.
*breathes deeply*

and release...
*ahhhhhh*

Feel better...nah, didn't think so.

Sounds like I'm going through a similar patch to yours at the moment Excaliber.
Cashed out £100 (~$200) a couple of weeks ago, started to play with too much fear due to "cash out curse" in the back of my mind (before you all start I know it's all in me 'ed).

Then to top it all managed to loose about £80 over the next week and a half. Usual stuff, low pocket pairs and good hands not connecting post flop or just having what seems like an exceptionally long run of getting awful hole cards.

I've taken a few days off, came back and played in a few $5 S'n'Gs - won one, ITM in a couple of others.

Doing this has focused my mind back on playing cards and less on my dwindling funds.

So, has it worked? Completed a couple of winning sessions again this week and even though I had another bad night yesterday I don't think it's going to affect me overall.
<Jessie May>Try reading that poker face.
<Grub Smith>There's a lot of face to read. It really is a big head.
