Im new here and I was just wondering whether I did something wrong on this hand or if it was just a bad beat. Any feedback is welcome.

PokerStars (9 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

Seat 1: UTG (9325 in chips)
Seat 2: UTG+1 (8494 in chips)
Seat 3: UTG+2 (3125 in chips)
Seat 4: Hero (6190 in chips)
Seat 5: MP2 (4450 in chips)
Seat 6: CO (1230 in chips)
Seat 7: Button (3745 in chips)
Seat 8: SB (1638 in chips)
Seat 9: BB (11040 in chips)

Preflop: Hero is MP2 with J, J. SB posts a blind of 100.
3 folds, Hero raises 600 to 800, 4 folds, BB calls.

Flop: T, 6, 3 (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets 1200, BB raises 9040 to 10240 and is all-in, Hero calls 4190 (All-In).

Turn: 9 (2 players, 1 all-in)

River: T (2 players, 1 all-in)

Final Pot:

Results in white below:
BB has Ah Tc (three of a kind, tens).
Hero has Jc Jh (two pair, jacks and tens).
Outcome: BB wins 12480.

and if his raise wasn't so obnoxiously big then he'd probably have you beat.
