Ugly Ed
I know I played this hand badly, no excuse but I had folded about 20-30 hand preflop before this one cause they were total trash ( i was a bit tilted by this hand. I know not good). I attempted to push him off the pot. After flop I still had str8 draw. My question is though how did my opponent make the calls he did with his hand? How could he have know his hand was good. I had just joined the table a few hands before? How much do I have to bet to get ppl to let go of trash?

He's a fish, the clue is in the K7

We like fish, try not to bluff them though...

On the flop he has top pair which to him probably equates to pretty much the nuts, hes not folding the turn or river if your just calling him down.

Not to be too critical, but why call that river?
Some days it feels like I've been standing forever, waiting for the bank teller to return so I can cash in all these Sklansky Bucks.

Reverse your thinking: How much will he call when I have the nuts?

Bluffing when two face cards (ten included) hit and you miss both seems like a bad idea to me (exception when you have a draw to the nut flush/straight). The gut shot just isn't strong enough to make that move. Fortunately It's now obvious this guy will pay your TPTK off later when he hits TPNK... just remember that and wait for the opportunity.
