Off the top of my head, both villains were around 28/8/1. I admit to not really thinking about this hand before I called. Afterwards I started thinking about relative hand strength even if I hit my flush. Can anyone tell me if I'm good enough when I hit one of my draws that isn't the SF for this to be a decent call? Should I have just checked the flop? Any thoughts are appreciated.

vs shortstacks this is fine. if opponents were deepstacked this might be iffy.

I think you have to be able to find a fold here. There's a real possibility (given not only a push but a call) that the straight is no good at all. If only one of them has two hearts you're basically hoping they called with 45s pre-flop or that you hit a 2-outer.
I don't think even 4:1 odds is enough here.
Still, I think I like the flop bet. Bit read-dependant though.

If this were a two-card OESFD, it would be a no brainer. In this case it has little value as both your straight and flush may be no g00t, in which case you're drawing to only the SF.
