Bad beat.

KK vs A4s puts you at 67% to win. So you struck out. KK is also only dominated by AA, so it's one of those hands you push everything in the middle for.

Of course its a bad beat. I think I would just raise to 1000 here though. I dont mind action with a hand like this but the problem is, if an A comes you are in trouble and you have lost alot of chips.
On the other hand if you make it 1000 there is a chance the shortstack will push over the top of you with any PP or AK/AQ and thats really what you want.

Either way you got it allin preflop with only 10BB left and thats not half bad. The fact that you were against a much worse hand makes it even better.

Tough luck on the result.
