Have some stats on this guy but they arent reliable - starbuck 95.
Ive seen him being aggro, his name rings a bell, but i dont know where which is why i wasnt afraid of a big pot here (should i be?)
Ive been quiet for a few orbits thus far. The only turn line i like here is some sort of 3bet, i hate calling and having to face a large bet on the river and i hate folding.
Comments? My bet sizing is all wrong i know this but if bet/c c/c is the best line then ill learn from that.
As it was, i check river after the time it took him to raise the turn so he could make a bet that i knew i was calling (i think even a push, dunno)
PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $2 BB (9 handed) Poker-Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)
Hero ($238)
BB ($247.85)
UTG ($146.15)
UTG+1 ($237)
MP1 ($211.85)
MP2 ($262.50)
MP3 ($192)
CO ($39.20)
Button ($159.45)
Preflop: Hero is SB with A , Q .
7 folds, Hero raises to $6, BB calls $4.
Flop: ($13) 4 , 7 , Q (2 players)
Hero bets $8, BB calls $8.
Turn: ($29) 9 (2 players)
Hero bets $15, BB raises to $40, Hero raises to $65, BB calls $25.
River: ($159) J (2 players)
Hero checks, BB bets $50, Hero calls $50.
Final Pot: $259
So vs this opponent
1. Is playing a big pot fine?
2. Whats the best line for turn?
3. Do i set up river shove on turn or c/c any bet?

i don't really like your turn 3bet here. if you just called the turn the pot would be 110 going into the river and he'd probs bet like 80, as it is even with his small bet on the river you've committed another 75 but you've set yourself up for getting stacked if you're going to call a river shove.
in position i could kind of understand this line since you're going to get to sd cheaper but oop when you have to check to him on the river you're just bloating the pot. It's kinda interestng and you seem to take a lot of non-standard lines which are always fun to think about but this just seems like fps and i have to say i think b/c, c/c is better than b/3b,c/c by some distance w/out some sick history or something.

also with you small bets you've induced his float/turn raise a lot so call turn c/c river can't really be bad against an aggro player

anything but calling thr turn raise seems really bad with 3betting being the worst option
