Hand 1, fold the flop. You're usually up against a set/TPTK here and you're chasing 3 outs to queens just to beat TPTK. Unless op is aggro and tricky.

Hand 3: <Muxy> 44 > AA
<Muxy> i can never let AA go
<Muxy> board is 455Kx
<Muxy> i put him on AK

I don't get your read at all. A preflop limp-call usually means a pocket pair. Unless he's tight/passive player, he probably has a pocket pair or maybe suited connecter (depending on how loose he is).

When he calls the flop, you can put him on a flush draw with suited connectors, a straight draw with similiar hand, trips or a house. When he min-raises the turn, that's when you know the jig is up. At low limits, respect minraises. Especially minraises on the turn or river becuase that usually means they were giving free cards.
