bleibaggro is usually pretty tight. He's shortstack/possibly tilted here though.
I wanted to fold preflop when he pushed but I figured I'd be getting great odds on $6 more to me.

I think you meant blizgamer. bleibaggro folded preflop. Anyway, I think the call preflop is fine. I would definitely bet that river though, probably around $30. Do you think your TPTK is no good here?
Edit: I just realized that michteau has only $71 to begin with. I would definitely play for stacks here once you are heads up with him after the flop. The pot is around $80 on the turn and he has $40 left. I like betting $20 on the turn and $20 on the river.

I would consider just pushing the flop. Big pot, no need to dink around.
With so much money in pre-flop, you can't fold TPTK anyway.
