Looks like Qc with something else moderately interesting (Jc? Tc?) in it. You have to call, though; there's no reason to think you're behind.

 A made flush usually slowplays here. This is a small percentage of the time a hand that has you beat (AK/55) but most likely a flush draw with one club, possibly with a pair. All things considered I feel this is a coinflip.. which means with the dead money in the pot you can definately call if you feel up for a little gambling.
