I've recently decided to get a much better grasp on this double barrelling thing. Are you firing a second one here?
Villain is 24/7 over 130 hands.
(I want to tell you more about his post flop play, but PT3 is very new to me, and I don't know how to find all the stats on said player. Can anyone help with this?)
PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.25 BB (8 handed) - Poker-Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

CO ($29.90)
Button ($5.55)
SB ($34.20)
BB ($27.35)
UTG ($27.20)
UTG+1 ($10.40)
Preflop: Hero is MP1 with A , Q
2 folds, Hero bets $1, 1 fold, CO calls $1, 3 folds
Flop: ($2.35) 2 , K , K (2 players)
Hero bets $1.70, CO calls $1.70
Turn: ($5.75) 3 (2 players)
Hero bets $3.80, CO calls $3.80
River: ($13.35) 8 (2 players)

Your oop and its really easy for him to call down, you dont get him to fold a king, and most of these players calls 2 barrels IP with a mid PP. He might call 2 barrels with the flushdraw aswell. I wouldn't do it.
Judging by his river valuebet you were up against the top of his range tho (k)

I wouldn't think it would be good for a second barrel simply because the board didn't change much and the 3 is basically a blank. If he liked his hand on the flop, he is still going to like it on the turn.
The PT3 stats you probably want to be looking at here is calls continuation bet that will be in the hud pop up. If he is only calling continuation bet 33% of the time or something, and calls on the flop, you aren't going to want to fire the turn because he clearly already has something. Now if his call continuation bet is like 85%, then he could have a lot more things he might fold on the turn.

Meh there are good boards to 2barrel but this isn't one of them and I'd only do this against thinking/good players
