villain is a player i like - 48-10 over 500 hands, opens all pairs plus some aces/broadways from mid-late position, doesn't fold to 3-bets (so I should 3-bet harder cos i'm good against his range), and chat indicates that he thinks/knows that I'm fos. He is a monkey checked to kinda player too. How does a plan of check-call flop, check-shove turn sound? I need a plan to get this for stacks?

Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, $1.00 BB (9 handed) - Full-Tilt Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

MP3 ($115.95)
CO ($114.95)
Button ($123.95)
SB ($50)
Hero (BB) ($100)
UTG ($302.80)
UTG+1 ($70.65)
MP1 ($100)
MP2 ($113.70)

Preflop: Hero is BB with Q, A
4 folds, MP3 raises to $3, 3 folds, Hero raises to $8, MP3 calls $5

Flop: ($16.50) Q, 6, Q (2 players)
Hero could do all sorts here.... thoughts?

just bet/bet/bet you can get his stack in 3 streets.

Edit, just read that he is "monkey check". Maybe bet, c/r is better since if he thinks you are fos he may float a lot. Also, your 3bet sizing pre is weird.
