vs 10/8 nit who calls open raises about 5%, meaning he's rarely if ever calling with SC's, note he can't have Axcc or KQcc coz of the board and our hand. He'd raise a set on this flop too and AK I'd imagine. Do we just bet? Or do we try and gain some value from TT-QQ type hands?

he certainly has a wider range on the button, but its a pretty straightforward b/f spot vs. a tighty imo

he's between 5-6% in each position, he only has 12% pfr on the button too fwiw. I think he raises his sets like 90% time here and wouold not float 22.

this is AK a lot and I doubt he's floating/bluffing this turn ever so we can just c/f and bet turn if he checks behind.
or c/r anyone? it's pretty hard for him to have sets or flushes given reads, and he's prbs bet/folding AK, even if he calls we have equity.. Maybe? I am spewy :P

I'm never check folding this hand on the turn considering we have the q of clubs, just bet $7.5 and fold to a raise, if the rivers a club or a q bet again, if it blanks I'd make a semi value/blocking bet for $12.5 into $25.75.

I bet and he folded, but after the hand I was thinking he's just folding everything coz he can't have much. How about c/c or c/r? Or even just vbet river when he checks turn.

if you check to him, and he bets the turn, then he has the better hand and you'd only be calling with a draw; hence i don't get check-calling. you can c/r but that's a lot of chips to commit to what you pretty much know is a semi-bluff (maybe it's just me but i really don't see a tight player calling the flop bet from the preflop raiser then betting the turn with anything less than AK).
I think betting like you did likely folds anything but a flush or a set (which you said he didn't have), and you have outs against the set. keeping it simple and betting here is a better option here than any of the fancy options that have been suggested
