I'd call and try to showdown cheap on the river. His lead could be anything from a bluff to a straight, so I'd be careful.

Yah, I'd also probably try and get to a showdown cheaply here, the BB could have anything, yet he did call your PF raise which makes me think small pocket pair. Besides a bluff, that's the only hand that makes sense to me here really, either a total bluff, or a set of 5's,7's, or 9's. I don't think he's got 64 for the straight since he wouldn't have a called a PF raise with that. With no stats for this guy that's my best guess.
