Call.

Actually I would expect a check here every time from a hand that beats me. I'm stunned he pushed that.

I dunno - doesn't seem horrible. P said he had just sat down. Can't really blame him too much for playing an overpair on that board with no read.
Could blame him for sucking out though...

This hand was played well.
You could bet more on the flop, but with so many weaker overpairs likely, why?
You are committed on the turn given the possibilities...sorry.
The results are unfortunate for you.

Cannt do anything about it. I know that end where you know you are ahead the whole time and then the bitch card hits the river. You have to call there two many hands can make that play against you.

Opps play isnt awful. Ill give him that. But look at the preflop action and read closer. Opp raises to 5bbs (pretty obvious big pp imo) then get reraised to 18bbs. yes thats a call no problem, perhaps a 3 bet preflop but thats not my issue here.
But then pelion 2/3 pots it. takes balls on that flop with AK if thats all pelion may hold. Im not sure how good the flop call is therefore, even at 25NL. Looks to me like this guy likes his hands in raised pots too much (not a surprise at 25nl) so i want to play with him A LOT more. I guess he plays for stacks with tptk in raised pots a lot just from that.
