I dont check call that flop. If I am putting money in then it is going to be with a cbet. You arent getting odds to call for your two overs, so why call? You called anyways, hit an over on the turn. I dont mind a check raise on this turn as its likely to get another bet out of him and now you need to try to protect your hand. On the river yoru hand is even stronger but you bet less. Why such a small bet? If it was a blocking bet and you planned to bet/fold, then ok, but what did you put villain on that made you so worried? A set? Straight? What was your thought process throughout this hand?

When he called my reraise on the turn i knew he had something,im not sure if he had a AK aswell or a set.On the river came another K,so i made a blocking bet,if i got raised then i was sure he had his FH.

I don't like the turn c/r, you lose the hand you want to call you down.

I like donking the turn or c/cing the turn and donking the river.
