I think it's good. Are such huge pre-flop raises standard at these stakes?

Yes huge pflop raises are standard at micro stakes, and this seems like JJ/QQ so you're probably the favorite.

i was raising to .14 but I was still getting called by everyone, so I made it .24 and was still getting called,
