How do I extract more money when i'm in horrible position like this??

I never know how to play it, and this time didn't pan out like I wanted it too..

Second hand is ugly. Tell him "nh", and add him to your buddy list. You'll get your money back, plus interest. He thinks its worthwhile to go all in with Top pair weak kicker. Nothing you can do about a fishy move like that

You have to give action to get action at these weak-passive tables. Start raising more hands preflop and betting more flops. If you get a couple wise guys to think you're a maniac, you'll start to make WAY more when you actually have a hand. Also, and even better, if people continue to lay down to you you can run over the table and pick up tons of small pots risk-free.

1st hand, I would min-raise the flop to see if he feels like calling. That way, when you check the turn it makes you look like a weak bluffer.
