Make a blocking bet on the river, and a larger bet on the turn ie. $3. As played, fold river bet.

Turn bet needs to be bigger, I would go with a full pot sized bet with double flush draw and straight draw.

Your hand improved, but it's still vulnerable. I play hard with 2 pair.
