I suppose since I fold most of the time when I see a good hand I get excited. I think this is what happened here. Opinions?

Preflop: Hero is Button with Q, Q.
UTG calls $0.02, UTG+1 calls $0.02, 1 fold, MP2 calls $0.02, 1 fold, Hero raises to $0.08, 1 fold, BB raises to $0.14, UTG calls $0.12, UTG+1 folds, MP2 calls $0.12, Hero raises to $0.32, BB calls $0.18, UTG folds, MP2 calls $0.18.

Flop: ($1.13) A, 3, 2 (3 players)
BB checks, MP2 checks, Hero bets $0.62, BB calls $0.62, MP2 calls $0.62.

That's awesome that they let you check that hand down...passive play like that is what you want. With the extra callers preflop, I think the reraise was the right move. You want to eliminate as many people as you can from this hand preflop. You take one shot at the flop repping the ace after it's checked to you, then go into check/fold mode. I think it's fine.

At these stakes, I would be raising bigger preflop with big hands. 8 cents is just not going to fold a lot of hands, I'd think. I'd think you're going to get callers even betting 10-20x the BB.
