UGH... atleast it was only $12, still hurts though. The only mistake I made was calling the raise preflop with pocket 3's, but I was glad I did when the set flopped.
Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ BB (6 max, 6 handed) converter
BB ($24.35)
UTG ($30.7)
baddy ($12.18)
CO ($25)
Button ($58.2)
SB ($9.02)
Preflop: baddy is MP with 3 , 3 . SB posts a blind of $0.1.
UTG raises to $0.5, baddy calls $0.50, CO calls $0.50, 2 folds, BB raises to $1.75, UTG calls $1.50, baddy calls $1.50, CO folds.
Flop: ($6.60) 9 , 3 , 4 (3 players)
BB checks, UTG bets $15, BB folds.
Turn: ($21.60) 9 (2 players)
River: ($21.60) T (2 players)
Final Pot: $21.60
Results in white below:
UTG has 9c Tc (full house, nines full of tens).
baddy has 3s 3c (full house, threes full of nines).
Outcome: UTG wins $21.60.

I usually don't play small pairs unless multiple people have limped and I'm at least in mid position.Otherwise not much else you can do here;the set was awesome but the turn gave him the better set and the the river bruied you .
On the bright side though imagine how much you'd win if he doesn't hit his miracle outter..............

The turn gave villain a set of nines, but it also gave him a full house.

Fold to the BB reraise preflop. Hand history kinda screws up after that?

I'll limp with small pairs from anywhere and call up to 3xBB if at least 3 other hands are in.

I will limp with all pp and call all raises with them. Mid-pockets win me a lot of pots unimproved.

You mean the revolver, sir?
Precisely.
