Who's got the odds advantage AKs vs QQ?

That being said, I only called his QQ to the extent that I did because he was betting like he had AA (which I thought unlikely as I had AKs). That, and I hit a bicycle straight draw on the flop.

What do you guys think?

Poorly played. He reraised you preflop and then pushed over your small bet postflop. You called $16 more in a $30 pot with only 4 clean outs (deuces). Factoring in the overcards, you had 10 outs, so it actually wasn't that bad of a call, but unless you had a line on him as a loose fish or bluffer, what could he have here except an overpair? He could very easily have had AA or KK instead of QQ, in which case you could have been drawing at 6 outs or dead to a split.

Before I express my opinion, let's examine your reasons for calling this ALL IN.

he was betting like he had AA - It matters what your read on this player is. If he's tight but aggressive, it's possible he does have AA. Just because you have an A doesn't mean he won't have AA. It's happened many times before, and once to rippy, which of course he landed trip kings like the lucky bastard he is. Based on your read you can decide whether or not to play this hand.

As for QQ vs AKs preflop, QQ has a slight advantage. Post flop with no A or K, QQ is a huge dominating hand. I don't think your call preflop was bad, but your call post flop (that min bet btw screams I have high cards but i missedm plz fold) was awful. How can you base your decision on 4 outs (for the whell)? You have horrible pot odds to call. The fact that you landed that A is incredibly lucky if you ask me.
