I was skeptical of this hand when you posted it in IRC but I had really just barely glanced at it and didn't notice the other people in the pot. I think it's fine.

I have no interest in discussing strategy with a protege'. Your job is to remain quiet and listen. I have a very systematic approach that I will share with the right candidate and I promise that I will turn you into a force of nature and show you elements of the game of poker that you never knew existed.

unless BB is trying something here, it doesn't look good for you. I doubt he is very fancy. I am just basing this on the size of his stack and making the assumption that he has been building it for a while and has not lost it. Really, the only hands that should be raising there are KK/AA, outside shot at QQ.
without a 'monkey' read BB has you in bad shape. besides, there is only $3 extra in there, that's 12bb. you are risking a lot to win that dead money, especially since he is never folding.

its fine and your shove is laying you good odds like 1: 3.17( betting $23 to win $7.25). i would fold it if BB was very tight, any stats or read?

I completely forgot how much of a monkey BB was, but I just re-checked that hand and he's 57/11.
Even so, he hadn't 3-bet yet, so I did feel a bit dirty pushing all my chips in.
