Do you like a bet on all 3 streets? Do you like bet turn/check river? Or is this standard? Flop seems dry enough so I don't think he's drawing. I figured I'd check turn to avoid a c/r from a monster and bet river if checked to or call a reasonable bet.

100NL - Full Ring

No Reads

Hero is UTG ($100) with
Villain is SB ($100)

Pre-Flop
Hero raises to $4
Villain calls $3.50

Flop (2 Players, Pot = $9)

Villain checks
Hero bets $7
Villain calls $7

Turn (2 Players, Pot = $23)

Villain checks
Hero checks

River (2 Players, Pot = $23)

Villain checks
Hero bets $12

I bet turn and river against unknowns and known people that aren't nits.

I'd like to know if I'm losing value over the longrun by not betting all 3 streets in spots like this.

I'm pretty sure you're losing lots of value here. I'm a big fan of bet/folding (sometimes bet/calling with a read) because people will call you in this spot with much worse and once they call the turn it's very unlikely they fold the river. Of course this all depends on the player. Against an unknown I just bet until they tell me I'm beaten.

I'm not sure what's made me timid lately. I now think I should be betting every street here.
