Would this guy be the type you raise your flop bet with KQ? If he's a weak donk I get scared. If he's the standard too aggressive for his own good kind I'd go for the push on the river. Looks like AA to me. QQ if you're really unlucky.

He'd abandoned a few hands prior to this one on the turn against me, so I'd put him in the too aggressive for his own good/takes hands too far camp. I really didn't like the turn card though...

Edit: He really wasn't the type to raise a non-Broadway pp preflop either, but he was the type to overplay AA, so while AA and a set are possibilities I was thinking Kx, possibly a split with AK...

(Good God...this is my 100oth post. I really need to get a life.)

Yeah the turn is gross. Another thing about the turn is his weird bet. Is it a bad act of weakness or is he bad enough to show that he's a little scared now that you called his raise? If you knew enough about him this could be your defining spot for the hand right here.

Yeah, turn is really weak...donk with KQ is likely going to hit the turn hard if he makes top two.

Anyway, I figured I'd.............................., he .............., I ................and he...........................

Results aside, right play?

I like a push on this river. I see no reason to think he bets the river after that weak-sauce on the turn. With pot behind, we're seeing a showdown. A push might inspire a heroic call.
