Two questions with this one:

1. Should I have fired a second barrel on the turn w/ the gutshot+overcards?
2. Given that I didn't bet the turn, what is the best play on the river, value bet something callable or raise AI hoping someone has a 9?

Villain1 is 23/6/1.5
Villain2 is 47/6/1.3
No reads on either of them other than they would call down with any piece of the flop

I like your line. Raise the river to something callable, like $5 or $6. I think a push makes your hand obvious, but that might not matter at these stakes. BTW, use a hand converter if you can.

Checking the turn is also best against people who "call with any piece of the board".
