Villain is 38/6. I should've made it $2 preflop but other than that how was the hand played

Is river a check/fold? I really wanted to slow down on the turn but couldn't really see how a 3 is in his range

he could easily have a 3
I mean there are hands like A3s, 23s, 34s and they're so pretty all the fish play them

if you wanted to slow it down on the turn you could probably c/f turn and it would be fine unless he's aggro
in which case you could make a case for c/c turn and c/f river
