Ive based my play on his stats. oh and my PFR is a bit small, i hadnt noticed the UTG limp OOPPPSSS

Not bad. Either he's trapping or he was trying to steal. I typically raise that shitty flop bet, which costs the same as your line. Controlling the pot is not important because you have no showdown value and little chance to improve.

I really don't think he's trying to steal over an UTG limp and call.
I think he has QQ-TT and he's scared of the K. It all depends on if you think you can get him off those hands (i.e. will you fire another shell on the river if he calls you?)

he has 40 PFR factor (small sample but still significant %)
I probably wouldnt fire again on river since i figure flop is dryish, if he calls why wouldnt he then call river (i dont really have any scare cards to play)
Swiggidy i thought about the flop RR but also wanted to rep a 9 at the same time (i think donks think you always slow trips instead of repop flop)

worth the effort IMO, but i wouldnt make it standard, folding to teh flop lead is also good sometimes.

check turn? if im too check turn vs agg opp then wouldsnt i be better off not calling flop. since he may bet river which i cant call.
