Opp is 26/10 over less than 100 hands, haven't seen him raise a cbet before, but again the sample size is way too small. His postflop AF is 3.1, i believe he's never bluffing, but could he vbet worse? Can I fold on the flop or turn?

If I don't think he's ever bluffing on the flop, I'd fold right there. It seems like every time a random player raises tpnk on Axx it's a minraise. 3x is either AK, 2x or a bluff.

Why? If you don't think he plays a FD this way then fold flop/turn.
Having got to the river I call all day. Is a 26/10 really betting 3/4 pot on a 4-straight board with AQ/AK?

I think I would call the river.

I'm not a 20/10, but I would consider that river a total blank for my AK.

I don't think that you should assume a random 26/10 can handread well. I guess this could be AK sometimes, but not often, and AQ very rarely. How many 2s can you put in his range? I actually think this is a bluff most of the the time, let alone the 30%ish we need to make a profitable call.

We like never have a straight, or 2x, so AK shouldbe fine with having the best hand and vbetting.
I think it's a bit of a strange line to raise this flop with AQ/AK in villain's shoes due to so many hands we would be folding that we might put another bet in with on future streets.
Not sure what the best line is though.

villain can't handread!! Scary board + 1 pair =/= 3/4 pot vbet.
obv this is not always gonna be right but i don't think he's got AQ/AK much and there aren't many 2s he can have. There are loads of FDs that he can have and they make a lot of sense with this betsizing. Hand is played great if you call river.

Well i'm going to come clean here and say I check this flop. It lets him bluff, there aren't too many cards we're scared of and getting raised sucks. If he checks behind we can confidently v-bet most all turns/rivers.
Please tell me if this is a leak so I can fix it.

I hate checking this particular flop, because your range is exactly that. Check flop, bet turn and river looks soooo strong.
If it was A9T, AK2 I agree that checking is sometimes best.
