I have been attempting to play more hands from position, and have therefore been calling a wider range from the button/CO against certain opponents. still a strong range mind, just looser than I would otherwise, and not always 3betting a hand that I might usually. This has lead to me facing more squeeze situations, so the question is, what is the correct adjustment to be making here?

Do I start calling every now and then with big pairs when certain people are in the blinds and I am facing a raise? This could slow down any future squeeze attempts, but seems kinda dangerous and really takes a lot of strong hands out of my 3bet IP range.

Should this make me more or less likely to 3bet my medium strength aces vs. later position opens, or does it not affect this in any way? I figure if I just call on the button vs the original opener and then just call the squeeze, most opps should be putting me mostly on medium pairs, and not necessarily on AK/AJs+, which should allow for some fun possibilities postflop, but I may be wrong.

any other adjustments or thoughts, or am I just trying to overthink this?
