Villain was 30-20-4, I was hoping for a pre-flop 3-bet to my obvious steal. Turn scared me a little, but had to call the min-raise. Thoughts on river?

looks to me like UTG has a 9.
when you bet pot and he doubles your bet, it looks like he wants a call here.
his range could be K9, A9, Q9, J9,small pp turned set?
3 3 3 I'm only half evil.

You can bet a little smaller on the turn. Still wanna bet since a lot calls, but you don't need to pot it. Then call his minraise and call most the time on the river. This opponent is gonna be kinda bluffy, and you'll see that he has nothing often enough. He'll think the nine is a great card to bluff, when it's not, and he may even think the heart is great as well, but he's likely to not bet really big.

Yeah and he posted UTG, he's gonna call pre with a much wider range then, and will float with overs more than you'd think.

Bet less on the turn. You want worse hands to call and make better hands have to play back at you to play for stacks.
