I've been playing this table tight as usual, but haven't been getting great hands so I've been around 16% flop percentage, raising every hand I go into pretty much. A lot of situations I've been heads up on the flop, neither of us will hit so they'll check to me and I'll bet 2/3s the flop and take it down. In this situation I wanted to induce a bluff from CO.
2 questions:
1) How would you have played this?
2) What might you put him on?
PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.10 BB (8 handed) converter
MP1 ($10.45)
MP2 ($10.85)
CO ($21.90)
Button ($3.95)
SB ($9.90)
BB ($12.25)
UTG ($4)
Hero ($14.60)
Preflop: Hero is UTG+1 with A , K . UTG posts a blind of $0.10.
UTG (poster) checks, Hero raises to $0.4, 2 folds, CO calls $0.40, 3 folds, UTG folds.
Flop: ($1.05) 5 , K , Q (2 players)
Hero checks, CO bets $0.7, Hero calls $0.70.
Turn: ($2.45) 8 (2 players)
Hero checks, CO bets $2, Hero calls $2.
River: ($6.45) 7 (2 players)
Hero bets $3, CO calls $3.

Raise your preflop and flop bets...This is the perfect time to overbet a flop. TPTK with the nut flush draw. He wont call an overbet with anything but a set. I dream of hands like this. (and they're wet).

Superb play sir...I always call 20% of my stack off with a gutshot draw. Excuse me while I race for my wallet.

Why overbet the flop? You want a fold? Build up the pot before any overbet if thats what you are going to do.

Bet 2/3 pot on the flop.
You MUST bet the turn.
I'd be looking more towards pot sized on the river.
