Villain is real tight. Like 13/2 or something. Just fold flop?

You probably put him on AK, right? Otherwise you would not bet, am I right? I would check river here and let him fire a bullet. If he doesn't, then I didn't miss a lot of value.
The secret to success in poker is to rig the odds in your favor.

I like turn and river. I probably b/3b flop and get all in though, but if "real tight" means he a) will get away from AK and b) never raises draws, then I like flop too.

The river was intended as a blocking bet. I bet slightly more than 1/2 the pot.
