opp is 38/17 over 89 hands. Not much of a sample.
I dont recall that ive been at this table long

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $1.00 BB (8 handed) Poker-Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

Hero ($124.55)
MP2 ($102)
CO ($106.15)
Button ($106.65)
SB ($111.55)
BB ($100)
UTG ($237.10)
UTG+1 ($51)

Preflop: Hero is MP1 with A, A.
2 folds, Hero raises to $4, MP2 calls $4, 4 folds.

Flop: ($9.50) 2, 2, 9 (2 players)
Hero bets $7, MP2 raises to $18, Hero calls $11.....? and needs a plan.

Fwiw, this is easy in 6max

hero plans to CR big on turn against likely overpair.

opp has too wide of a range to not take it to the felt given pf stats.

alternatively you could C/C turn, lead river. more likely to get paid by weaker hands.

Agreed with pgil. I wish we had more info. on him because we don't want a high turn card to kill our action. But for the most part I C/R turn.

Hero calls and checks the turn. He's way too aggro to fold here. I think he follows through on the turn a lot otherwise I'd donk him.

JJ I play a bit slower. probably C/C the whole way, expecting him to only continue betting if he has no shot at winning, or is way ahead. might consider a small value bet on the river depending on the board.

Yep, I like the check turn all in checkraise. He will call you with inferior overpairs almost every time thinking you may be bluffing. If he has the set or quads then oh well, move on.
