Villian is tight-passive. The river call is easy due to the 6.5:1 odds I'm getting, right? Can I fold to the turn check-raise?

what are u beating on the turn, aq or kq certainly dont c/r the turn, they prob would have check raised the flop. This looks like a classic flushed hand. I think i would fold the turn.

you cant get away on the turn because of your nut draw.
I think river call is ok.
