Not sure I agree with raising so much on the river, if at all. What I'm worried about here is a set. Mainly because it's how I used to play sets as a noob; call pf raise with pp, flop your set, don't bet into pf raiser on flop, flatcall until river, then raise big. I stopped doing that because it's a dead giveaway you're slowplaying your hand. I would say probably AQ though, in which case you're good, but also possible 99. Less likely are QQ, 8T, or a 7.

I'm a newb but I'll give it a go. You raised 5X bigblind preflop wich is perhaps a bit to much if you want some action on you AA.

He called your big raise in the BB, you have no read so you have to give him some credit. A Higher pocket pair 88-QQ (probably not KK wich he should reraise, but possibly QQ since he is out of position) or AK and maybe AQ, KQs are my first thoughts.

Post-flop your betting is good, you bet the pot on the flop and turn making him pay for possible draws. His check call on the turn would make me worried though. He can flat call you because if he had a set he just made a boat. The only hands I can put him on after the turn call are QQ, 99 and AKs, possibly KJs, KTs or JTs.

AQ or KQ would probably have betted the flop or check-raised.

I would just call his small river bet, your all-in raise will make a busted draw fold and only a better hand will call. QQ or 99 and the J also completed a lot of straight draws. He might have KTs, QJs or even T8s if he's loose. There are just to many hand out there that have you beat.

Only if he's a complete donk he will call and turn over AQ or KQ and given his stack size that is unlikely.

Edit : complete donk is maybe a bit to much, but shouldn't you play AQ or KQ different?

Edit2 : you could play KdQd this way.

PFR size was perfect. You have to bet AA just like you would any other raising hand. You only want to get called from someone with a strong hand like Ax or TT+. Any other hand calls you and you are going to win a small pot or get stacked.

If everyone folds to your raise with AA, then oh well.

But is it necessary to get stacked on the river? I mean, you could be satisfied with the pot size as is, and just in case, flat call his bet on the river... You win less, but risk less also. I don't think you have any fold equity at this point, considering the guy's called you the entire way and opened the river, not to mention he's committed his stack by betting into you at the river.

I agree with nat here I think. What kind of hands play the way villain played? How does AA compare here? I don't like raising this river.

Im willing to play my flopped set this way if I think the preflop raisier in on a high pocket pair.
Your line is good but I just call behind on the river.

 I really like the river raise...He bets a tiny fraction of the pot on the river where he would bet a lot or check/raise if he had a very strong hand. He put out a blocking bet, which means our AA is almost always good. I like it.
My bankroll is the amount of money I would spend or lose before I got a job. It is calculated by adding my net worth to whatever I can borrow.

 I flat call river. This could very well be a set, and I don't want to use my remaining stack to find out. If I call, I gain that information without paying extra for it. If he check-calls flop and turn with a hand that I beat here, then I'll have a good chance of getting his money later on.

I'll put him on either a set or AdQd, although I really think AdQd is more aggressive here.

I agree, 77/99 are possible hands that beat Hero, but AQ/KQ is calling the RR too and is more likely in this situation IMO.
