I c-bet that flop. If he calls with worse, he's trying to catch a bluff. You're representing such a narrow range with a bet. So I probably check turn and bet river if he checks behind.
I think it's fine as played. On the turn he could be making a retarded semi-bluff at least some of the time... I couldn't fold there.
