Villain is 23/8 over ~400 hands, no real reads but he seems tight/solid post-flop. I haven't seen him show down a hand or get out of line at this table. Line check?

fold.
Betting the turn for value is possible but we only beat Kx hands and force JT to chase a little more. Being in position we'll get value against a king and be able to fold to a solid lead from opp that tells us our hand is beaten.
Your line is also fine and folding is pretty standard IMO. KQ looks pretty likely considering the board etc.

fold that, it takes a really good player or a laggtard to be bluffing there and this guy is neither
