Check/call? Might be a flush draw or hit his str8.

Anyone like a $5 blocking bet here? Since this is a 25NL game against an obviously poor player we can pick our bet size. If he has the straight I would expect a min-raise, which I would probably call.

Although he may check behind with 2 pair. I think I like c/c because betting only gets value from Kx and some protection from a disgustingly large bet. If I was on baby tilt (dead card run) I would probably call up to $10 which is probably bad. Thinking clearly I would fold to more than $7.50.

I don't like check-calling against calling stations because they're usually happy to check behind missed draws and weak one pair hands that would have paid off a river bet. Both bet-fold and check-fold are better than check-call against this opponent, IMO.

Dude is rolling with QT. I keep betting until he raises me. I'd make it $7 on the river.

bet $10. You get value for the 70% of times he doesnt have you beaten here and thinks K6s is goot.

To title: As opposed to a calling station who folds a lot?

Bet half the pot. Villain is playing weak thus far.

something ive pondered lately!!!! check calling against very passive player sucks IMO. if they bet on the end you are usually beat i find. i think id bet here for value against their weak holdings.
