daven will become famous soon enough
Pre-flop I raise 99 from mp. TT/JJ are in villain's range.
I c-bet overpairs on paired boards.
Turn, I don't expect quads here often.
River, ok, I figure bet call is good, hoping for a stupid 22/44. Bet size?

Ok, I'm a micro stakes player, here on the river I think I check it, see what he does, then decide from there. I am very leary due to his flat calls of everything so far, he may have set with the 2's, might have hit the quads but more likely I put him on a high pocket pair, maybe TT-JJ-QQ here...

If he shoves you're folding... anything else is a crapshoot I think... I don't know... hard spot.

Exactly!! Without reads, you need villain to bluff sometimes here. If you bet he cannot do that.
It would be fun if he is bad and bluff his AKdd
