Sorry but I am using Titan and don't know how to upload hand history to here.
.5-1$ Eff Stack = $100 Just sat down
utg limps.
Hero w/ 99 raises to $4 in HJ
Villain calls on BTN
UTG calls
Flop ($14) is 8s8h2s
UTG checks, Hero bets $10, BTN calls, UTG folds.
Turn ($34)is 8c
Hero bets $21, Villain ships it for $64 more.....
My question is, how often is this a bluff vs. an unkown...and can I inclue 77, 66 enough for this call to be profitable.

Considering that no one is replying, I'm assuming my question is too simple and this is an easy fold. I just have a hard time putting him on TT-QQ / 8 specifically.
I keep running into the same spots over and over playing online cash, it seems that nobody adjusts to my play, they never big bet bluff and they just sit there and wait for a hand and play it badly. I may be talking to a brick wall here but I just want to make sure I'm on the right path.

Villains value range would be TT-JJ(QQ+ could be there too if he flats pre with these)7d8d,8d9d. Like you said, you need to add at least 66-77 for the call to be profitable. Also, your line looks pretty strong, like QQ+, if villains is thinking about your range. That makes a bluff less likely. I think its a fold, but close.
