No real reads on players yet, but the table seemed a bit tight/nitty.
Was my line right up to the river (prolly not) or should I have bet the turn?

Looks good. No flop, no bet is a good rule to employee at these stakes. Too often you'll get 2nd pair to call you down.

A turn bet is probably called by a T, definatly a J, definatly a high club and you arent far ahead of any of those hands (and are far behind most of them). try and check it down and if that doesnt happen you are behind anyway.

he didnt. He should have bet at some point with the almost certainly best hand/ best draw.
