Opp is 29/3 over only 29 hands. Should I have raised this at any stage?

If you're feeling frisky, you could RR PF to isolate. I hardly ever do with so many to act behind, and it puts you in tricky spots.
As played I am taking one of two lines. I am either calling with the intention of raising a safe turn (less likely), or I am raising flop so he lets his AK-AT/KQ go. 29/3 over such a small sample is nothing.
That turn bet is weak and he looks scared of what you are going to do. I would cream him there since you didn't on flop.
