I usually just re-raise the flop. I want a read before I start doing stuff like this.

is image protection a good enough reason for this move? So that when i cbet and miss and get called, i don't automatically get bet into. Because its pretty transparent if i check the turn every time i don't have a hand, i would be prone to getting floated on a lot.

Interesting hand. It's a fine line, but I think Fnord's right that when the turn puts out a straight+flush draw, you want a read that villain is aggro and will def. bet at the pot.

As played, I probably try to get it all in on the turn.

I like the 3-bet to balance the times I go aggro with a draw. My floater balance play here is to c/r the turn after getting called on the flop. Once he raises, I think we're best off going to war vs an unknown. It sucks when he's raising Qx for information, but otherwise it avoids a lot worse mistakes.

We have no idea what we're dealing with yet here. With more information we can get tricky with the "float this!" lines.

i like how its played.
anyone who miniraises on the flop wont take the free card often, possibly never considering site and stakes, on the turn so id just c/r all in or for enough im not folding any river.
