No reads on the villain at all, I'd just sat down.
PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.05 BB (8 handed)
UTG+1 ($2.46)
MP1 ($1.93)
MP2 ($4.49)
CO ($10.18)
Hero ($9.74)
SB ($5.91)
BB ($3.45)
UTG ($9.78)
Preflop: Hero is Button with QsAh
3 folds, MP2 calls $0.05, 1 fold, Hero raises to $0.25, SB calls $0.23, 1 fold, MP2 folds.
Flop: ($0.60) TcJc Kc(2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $1, SB calls $1.
Turn: ($2.60) Ks(2 players)
SB bets $0.5, Hero raises to $4, SB raises to $4.66, Hero calls $0.66.
River: ($11.92) 4d (2 players)
Final Pot: $11.92
Just wondered how I could have played this hand better. Obviously flopped a straight with 3 clubs on the flop so it was a case of (in my mind) taking the chance that villain hadn't hit his flush and overbetting to scare him if he was drawing. His check on the flop meant nothing that I could see, he'd check whether he'd hit his flush or missed completely. Do I have the better of this most of the time?
Oh he had Ac4c for the record

I don't think you needed to lose 100+bb here.
I think the flop overbet is the critical error; you're setting yourself up to win a small pot or lose a medium/big one. This lets him donk the turn (and I don't like that turn card) and puts you to the decision on whether you'd want to get it all in or not. By the turn you're behind the made boats and only slightly ahead of/splitting with AcK/KQc/AcQ (not to mention being absolutely crushed by the flopped royal).
Easy for me to judge knowing the result (I suggest you not include them in your HH posts), but honestly I would have bet $0.50 on the flop, bet/fold on the turn if checked to (giving some strong consideration to checking behind when the K came) or call up to a 2/3 pot lead, and call a small river bet if no club came or the board didn't trip up or double pair (but then I'm a showdown muppet). No way I'd have called a river shove.
I wouldn't be very afraid of a flopped flush here; the boat is what I'd be concerned about.

Thanks for the advice, it just felt tough laying down a flopped straight on a board that could have so many 2nd best hands that would pay me off. I guess putting him all-in (well I meant to, miscounted the extra $0.66 ) meant he would probably only call with a flush/boat. Annoyingly I just got to the chapter in ToP where it talks about the danger of betting in just that situation. Oh well, another lesson learnt
