just bet $1 on the flop.

you might not win the 90 cents he puts in, but you risk less to win the $1.35 pot.

I am usually uncomfortable c-betting 2 opponents unless I have position - is this good, bad, debatable?

pretty standard for me but then i deliberatly play a game like this

As a standard line its not very good unless you know opps range, have set him up for this play and know he can fold.

I don't c/r very often. I usually bet my strong hands. I know I don't play a 3 like this but I guess it's not as obvious to others. I was just wondering if this looks too suspicious, but I guess 10NL players usually aren't very observant.
