BB and UTG checked about as fast as possible. How's this?
$0.1/$0.25 No Limit Holdem
9 players
Converted at weaktight.com
Stacks:
UTG ($21.30)
UTG+1 ($10.50)
MP1 ($23.05)
Hero ($29.15)
MP3 ($13.80)
CO ($13.90)
BTN ($13.80)
SB ($4.75)
BB ($15.95)
Pre-flop: ($0.35, 9 players) Hero is MP2
UTG calls $0.25, 1 fold, MP1 raises to $0.75, Hero calls $0.75, 4 folds, BB calls $0.5, UTG calls $0.5
Flop: ($3.1, 4 players)
BB checks, UTG checks, MP1 checks, Hero bets $2

I think it's fine, you have a gutter and the only hands I really see calling are some slowplayed sets/2pair.
And if you're called you might get a river freecard as well for the possible straight.

You have a nut gutshot
take the free card, you may bet yourself off the hand if someone check-raises

Check raising this flop at $25NL doesn't happen that often. You are very often good here and I think this is a standard button bet. You might be called by PPs and split 8s though so I check the turn if called and I miss.

I check this back all the time, free cards are nice, and it's only a $3 pot at the moment.

Are you really afraid of a c/r given what I said about BB/UTG's action and given that the pfr almost never has an A here?

I'd still like to win it. Given the action, it seems as if they'd be very happy to let me take it.

I like both checking or betting almost equally.
I probably personally prefer to check most of the time since it helps keep me in line, we have a well hidden draw, and BB or UTG really could have an ace and just be looking to call down.
Betting is decent though. I guess the only bad moves are overbetting and folding.

This would be better if UTG was the pfr. As is you have two guys who are just checking to the raiser and it's almost as if they haven't acted yet. Pretty poor bet imo.

I´m with wufwugy here, but I wouldn´t take a stab without a plan for my turn play when I get called.

Dont you think opp calls a button bet in this spot with a couple of mid pp´s/78/98 which he might fold to a turnbet?

betting here is likely to give u 2 cards instead of checking behind for one card.
betting is fine as is checking

a bet is better here. you have a decent shot at taking this down now, as has been said you will probably get the river free if you bet and are called, plus you only have 4 outs to improve. Not a huge loss if you are CRed off this draw.
if the pfr calls but UTG folds I would probably fire again on the turn. If it's reversed I would check behind the turn, expecting to see any number of strange hands that probably aren't folding.
