Hand 1 - Villian is 23/5. Don't really know what line I should've taken here, so I defaulted to cheap showdown mode.

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ BB (10 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

MP2 ($49.25)
MP3 ($118.77)
CO ($77.05)
Hero ($59.35)
SB ($97.50)
BB ($29.50)
UTG ($31.70)
UTG+1 ($20.65)
UTG+2 ($100.25)
MP1 ($50)

Preflop: Hero is Button with A, A. SB posts a blind of $0.25.
4 folds, MP2 raises to $2, MP3 calls $2, 1 fold, Hero raises to $6, 2 folds, MP2 calls $4, MP3 calls $4.

Flop: ($18.75) Q, K, J (3 players)
MP2 checks, MP3 bets $5, Hero calls $5, MP2 folds.

Turn: ($28.75) Q (2 players)
MP3 checks, Hero checks.

River: ($28.75) 4 (2 players)
MP3 bets $10, Hero calls $10.

Final Pot: $48.75

Hand 2 - PF I try to do a mix of calling and reraising with QQ here. Villian is Lag, 42/40/6.2. Given his extreme aggression, I couldn't see him playing as weak as he did here without a hand that beat me. I probably should have folded to the turn min-checkraise. What do you think?

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ BB (9 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

UTG+1 ($48.20)
MP1 ($88.70)
MP2 ($55.05)
Hero ($87.35)
CO ($95.75)
Button ($29.37)
SB ($24.95)
BB ($25.65)
UTG ($49.25)

Preflop: Hero is MP3 with Q, Q. SB posts a blind of $0.25.
3 folds, MP2 raises to $2, Hero calls $2, 3 folds, BB calls $1.50.

Flop: ($6.25) J, J, J (3 players)
BB checks, MP2 checks, Hero bets $4, BB folds, MP2 calls $4.

Turn: ($14.25) 9 (2 players)
MP2 checks, Hero bets $10, MP2 raises to $20, Hero calls $10.

River: ($54.25) K (2 players)
MP2 calls $29.05 (All-In), Hero folds.

Final Pot: $83.30

kingnat is an unknown quantity at this point
Hand 1: I reraise more PF... at least $8. (3x the raiser's bet + $2 for the caller) maybe $10 depending on the VP$P of the two players.

I probably reraise to $12 on the flop, to see where I'm at... I think the turn check is ok, after everything else.. and the river is acceptable given the previous action. I don't go with the cheap showdown all that often.. but I'm probably leaking with over-aggression.

Hand 2: Given what we know of the opponent, I think he could make this play with any pocket pair and think he's got you owned... The river is a bit of the scare card, but he's been aggressive before it came out... so I think your Queens are good here. With somebody this aggressive don't you want to build a pot PF by reraising... ??
So you click their picture and then you get their money?

i like to check flops like JJJ and raise people on the turn. Telegraphs a big pocket pair. You might as well do it here WITH a big pocket pair.

Smithers, use the amnesia ray.
You mean the revolver, sir?
Precisely.
